二十七歲以後的男人運動之必要
我想到男人過了二十七歲以後,有運動跟沒運動就可以一目了然的,為什麼是二十七歲呢?因為二十五歲開始體能就會明顯衰退,但是一下子看不出來,到了二十七歲就具體顯現了。一個男人是一週運動一天呢?還是一週運動四天,一眼就可以分辨。我覺得沒有運動習慣的男人算不上男人,這麼說的理由是,性別的感覺會喪失掉,體格不結實的男人,我不大會把他們當作男人看,大概就是像中性人、無性別就是了。
